Workout ideas-thighs, abs and upper arms?

Soooo, soccer and softball goin on right now and my thighs are.. hmmm uh jiggley? hahaha they look bad when I run or wear certain shorts. Any workout ideas
for thighs and abs? Ohhh!! Plus for your like upper arms, ya know where the old ladies look like they have chicken wings? Ya workout ideas for any of those :)

The best thing you can do is weight lifting. This is because it helps burn fat and you also gain muscle. Don’t worry about looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger, you are a girl and you will get a more toned look than a bulky look like guys.

For thighs you should do squats, this will always work your glutes(butt). The squat is the king of leg work outs. You should also throw in lunges. If you don’t know how to do them, look it up online.

Abs requires low body fat, that’s the biggest part of getting abs. And also doing ab workouts. Just do a variety of ab workouts every other day.

Upper arms? I’m guessing you mean triceps. Dips and dumbbell extensions work good for this muscle group.

If you are wanting to lose weight, do cardio 2 or 3 times a week too. Cardio + weight lifting + good diet = sexy body!
