Will this exercise plan work for toning my body? Is Hip Hop Abs a good cardio workout?

I’ve been on this plan for a little over a week and lost 2 1/2 lbs. so far. I’m doing the hip hop abs thing. As well as 30 minutes of yoga in the morning, and 20 minutes of yoga at night, with about 50 minutes of the hip hop abs workouts during the afternoon. With one day of rest per week. I’m eating healthy, and getting about 50g of protein a day. Not too many carbs and less than 1200 calories or so per day. Lots of veggies, fruit, and lean meat. NO junk, NO soda, NO sweets.

I currently weigh 118 lbs. But there’s just a lot of YUCK that I don’t want. If i stick to this plan, will it tone me up and give me a lean body? If not, what should I add to it?
If I added in about a 20 minute jog every day or every other day would that be good?
I DO NOT WANT PILLS, or “lost weight fast” deals and tricks and crap. I dont mind taking my time, I just want to make sure that the end result of what I’m doing will be what i want. Do you think I could see good results at this rate within 3 months?

Anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it there is a good cardio workout. Sounds like you are on the right track. Just don’t get discouraged if it takes longer to see results than you would like, they don’t happen overnight!
