will my chest muscle and abs grow bigger with these workout? i’m not dreaming for a very huge muscle a good ?

muscle appearance will come to satisfy me. i just want to damp those With muscle. im shy that i look scrawny.

i try to follow carefully the instructions in www.rippedabsfast.com.

and by now i got started.

im doing home chest workout every night after taking a sleep. there are different variations in chest workout. im doing it 3 times. and every 1 set, is approx 3 min. which i done with a total push ups of more than 50 in just one set. after that i do one set of abs workout with different variations. also a total of more than 50. i got it from menshealth.com

i’m not familiar with the names of those i worked out…
just checked those sites if its really work.
please help me…

If you want to build muscle, you should do each exercise for a set of about 8 to 12 reps. Use enough resistance so that you have trouble doing those reps. You should then rest and do two more sets. Doing exercises for 50 times or more may make you stronger, but they will not make you bigger. Also, make sure you eat a lot of protein.
