Will I get great benefit from this workout?

I run 2 to 3 miles 4 times a week, do the 8 minute abs workout three times a week, and use the perfect push up 50 times, four times a week. Is this enough of a work out to get extreme benefits?

You do not have to exercise vigorously to reap health benefits. You can still stay healthy if you do moderate-intensity physical activity for at least 30 minutes per day, 5 days a week. The 30 minutes can be broken down into 10 min segment throughout the day.

Example of Routine/Daily physical activity that you can engage:

Yes, definitely. I would say most people, on average, work out 2-3 times a week. I know I do and I have toned up a considerable amount.
