you can do 1000 sit up’s a day for a month and i promise you, you will not see any abs. if you want to lose weight quickly you should exercise the whole body. you can’t work on 1part of the body. running helps you lose weight on the body. and also eat small meals. What prevents you from having abs is the fat around your belly, so if you eliminate all that fat you will see abs. i know someone who is super skinny no fat on him whatsoever after 1week of doing sit ups>>results>>you can see the abs. whereas me, i do many sit ups too but i still don’t have the abs because i have fat which i need to get rid of first.
