What’s a simple workout to do everyday to get a six pack? (abs)?

I want a six pack. and i would like to know a simple workout to do everyday to get them.

You don’t just get a six pack just by doing sit-ups you have to do cardio too. In order to have abs you have to lose the fat that’s covering your abs.

well my sister dance and that how she got her 2 pack so that pretty simple. just put on some rap music and shake ur butt and stuff that what she did lol ypou could also try sit-ups,lay on the floor and lift ur legs up 10 sec 10 times total of 100 sec.running,that all i can think of

I don’t know why you’d want a six pack if you are a girl. You could get a video like 8 minute abs or do crunchs/sit-ups.

If you’re going to do it everyday, I suggest something that you can do easily, anywhere. When your on the couch or bed, or just in the mood to work out do this:

Lay down. Raise your head 6inches above the surface your laying on. Put one leg straight out 12inches above the surface, and pull the other one towards your chest with your hands. Switch legs (put the other leg out straight and pull the other one towards your chest). Do this until you don’t feel like it anymore!
