What would a good workout consist of…mainly for abs ;) ?!?

I am a chicka, almost seventeen, and i wanna get killer abs for my bikini. My stomach is flat, sorta, haha not after this vacation, but every little bit helps. Thanks!

Pilates. It did it for me. Just twenty minutes a day (in the morning before you eat anything, that way the body burns the fat instead of the carbs you just ate). I use the Windsor Pilates Series on DVD.


I use the one called Advanced Body Sculpting. It’s only twenty minutes and I have had a flat tight tummy for a few years now. I liked how I looked and I didn’t stop! :)
