What would a good workout be to build muscle on biceps, pecs, triceps. plus get insane abs?

Also a good diet and any other habits?

you have to work all these muscles once a week…

monday do chest try.. doing 4 sets of bench press, 4 sets of incline press, 4 sets of cable pulls, 4 sets of machine press

tue biceps triceps.. do 4 sets of dips, 4 sets of rope pull downs, 4 sets of close grip bench press
3 sets of chinups, 4 sets of standing bicep curl, 4 sets of rope bicep curl

train abs everyother day for 10 mins weight resistance exercises

and dont forget to trian shoulders and back on another day

and trian your legs on another day too..this is important!

eat more protien and good carbs
