The first thing to do is tons of cit-ups or crunches. Also do long leg raises/6 inches. 6 inches is where you lay on your back and hold your legs about 6 inches from the ground. It strengthens your abs a lot and should help you achieve your 6 pack. Good luck!

even better than 6 inches so you can roll through all the abs is to start with your legs 6 inches above the ground then quickly raise them to 90 degrees then slowly lower them back to 6 inches then back up and so on for increments of about 1 min. do however many you think necessary.

Getting a good solid six pack is like a number game because you have to count calories. Not eating enough calories is like pumping air into a flat tire that has a giant hole in it because no matter what you do without enough calories, you won’t see gains.

If you do not see results, you have no choice but to add more food to your diet! No matter how perfect your workout routine and long hours of rest/sleep you get, you will not grow without enough nutrition. If you are a bull, you cannot feed yourself like a bird.

This is why many weight lifters have a problem getting results. Building solid abbs is not just all about lifting some heavy weight in the gym or doing a thousand crunches. Exercising is only one piece of the puzzle.

At first, keeping track of what you eat can be extremely difficult. You need to get into the habit of writing things down. You will have to look at nutrition labels. Once you get used to it, it becomes second nature!

Another piece to the puzzle is your actual routine. You have to do the correct exercises at the right time. You have to vary your routines enough to shock your muscles. Also you need to give your muscle groups a rest otherwise you won’t see any results.

It can all be very exhausting just trying to figure out what to do and when. What to eat and when. I couldn’t figure it out for myself. So I started using the Hardgainers Guide to Explosive Muscle Growth. It was weird at first, but then you get into the grove of things and it all just sort of falls into place. Now not everything works for everyone. So I’ll put the website in here and you can check it out for yourself.

Well, I have a abs, but I didin’t get it by just doing crunches. You can’t target tone your body, you need to be working out all your muscles and toning your entire body…also some cardio would help. Good luck

Well, i didn’t know until a year or two ago but you can crunch all you want, but if you have fat you must run for atleast 30 min. 3 times a week to burn off the fat, then do crunches or pilates to tone your mid section. Certain weight moves such as “dead lift” that engage your core can also help build up those abdominal muscles!
