sit-ups. But hold your legs up in the air on a 90 degree angle, to really work your core strength.

A combination of diet, cardio (such as running, sports, anything physical to get your heart pumping), and Sit-ups, leg raises, holding the plank position, etc…

also..do not focus on your abs only…you will get maximum results if you vary your workouts from day to day.
