What is the best workout to lose fat and work abs?

just simple workouts i know about weight lifting and programs.

dude go on youtube and type in “get six pack abs in a week” and i saw results when i was going on a vacation in jamaica, within two weeks i lost all of my belly fat so im recommending this site

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Hanging leg raises 3 sets of 8

Chin ups 3 sets of 6
Sit ups 3 sets of 8
Free squats 3 sets of 8
Hanging knee raises 3 sets of 8
Back raises 3 sets of 8
30-45 minutes of cardio

Workout C:
Pull ups 3 sets of 6
Flutter kicks 3 sets of 8 (every time your left foot comes down, that’s a rep)

Try and add 1 rep a week. And make sure you’re eating enough to give yourself the energy you need. You should be consuming somewhere in the neighborhood of 1750 to 2750 calories a day.

You also use Truth About Abs for both of your goals because it includes both abs exercises, fullbody exercises and healthy eating plan. So I think it is what you are looking for. To achieve a six pack you need to get your body fat down to less than 10%. Lots of cardio, protein consumption and strength training is necessary.
How easily the six pack develops depends on your age, genes and metabolism. Some people can obtain one pretty easily while others have to really work at it.
