Losing weight and getting absolutely are two separate steps. You gotta lose the weight first, then build the muscle. First, I recommend cutting out soda and junk food from your diet and focusing on low calorie foods. Then, walk, run, bike, or any kind of cardio for 45 minutes a day(sweating, of course) then work on toning your stomach with ab workouts and such.
