What is a good workout to get abs?

Tell me what to do. How many sets and how many reps. How much every day or week?

Without a doubt, the P90X ab-ripper workout is the best. I’ve been doing it for over a year and I love it. You can buy the complete P90X workout but I just do the ab-ripper video online. The link for part one is:

It takes about 15 minutes and is pretty intense but the results are amazing. I would say do it every second day and pretty soon you’ll have some ridiculous abs.
