What is a good workout routine to lose belly fat and gain abs?

i have belly fat and i want to get rid of it. what is a good routine to lose it and how long would it take?

I have been using the Jillian Michaels work out videos. She has one that is only 25 minutes long where you use kettlebells that works really well and she has one that is 45 minutes long, it is more for “trouble zones”. It says it right on the cover. It is great for belly fat. I have been using these for about 2 months and have lost 8 pounds! You can buy the movies at Target or probably even Walmart. I hope that helps!

P90 and P90x. For real, dude.If you stick with the program and a high-protein, low-carb diet, you will see results in, like, 2 weeks.

My brother did it and transformed over the course of 9 weeks from a chubb to an athlete. It was ridiculous.
