What cardio workout works the abs better?

Mainly between the jumping rope or jumping jacks?

Neither really – if you want to build your abs, you’ll need to do crunches, sit-ups, etc.

between the jacks or rope i would go with the rope it works your core harder but if you want best results your going to have to do crunches and leg lifts

Jumping Jacks because the movement of the arms stretches the abdominal muscles, although the swinging of the jump rope is good too.
