What are the best chest and abs workouts?

I don’t have any workout equipment and im too cheap to go buy anything.So what are some good exercise routines?

not eating. haha js kidding the only way ur abs can show is if you get rid the layer of fat that is above the muscle. no matter how much ab workouts u do u will never see them until this layer is gone. BEST way to do this is with cardio try running outside or in ur house dancing is good too and fun!!!! rent some workout DVDs do them with ur friends!!

your best bet is to do push ups and sit ups as well. I recommend starting with 50 of each every day and then after the first week to move to 100 of each. You will see a massive change in just a couple of weeks.
