I’ve been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I’m a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.

HOW TO LOSE FAT

1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat “low glycemic” carb sources in the day).

2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.

3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com

4) Perform high intensity interval training.

Lol im glad this is up…. I used to have a 6 pack then i got bac into the fatty foods an lost it all…. Im muscular again in the arms but i need to lose some weight on my stomach XD

The best way to loose weight is jump roping. I have tried running, biking, sit ups, and all sorts of exerices and none seemed to work as well as jump roping. Jumping rope will seriously work every muscle in the body. I’m convinced that it will expose your weak links. After your first jump rope workout, you will be sore in many different parts of your body. Honestly, I think my entire body was sore after my first jump rope workout. there r more here

@cajuncurlzz coz treadmils are a hard surface to walk on hence greater pressure on your knees…try going on grass or soil…its softer and absorbs the pressure from your feet hence less damage to your knees :)

Can anyone tell me why the heck my knees(outside of knees) hurt everday since I started walking on the treadmill? I bought new walking/running shoes because I realized my feet were going inward. But my knees still hurt 1 week and a half into my walking routine! I want to jump rope,but not sure if that will make my knees worse?
