Swimming workout for ripped abs?

I am a 16 year-old swimmer and I’ve been swimming since I was 4. Most recently I’ve managed to develop broad shoulders and muscular strength in my arms, back and legs, but never managed to get abs.

Now I feel like it’s the time to get started so I was wondering whether there was a 1-hour workout out there to get ripped abs. Please no more than 2000m, and do not send me one from the internet because I’ve read plenty of those and none convince me.

Try dolphin kicks on the back and on your stomach and also swim lots of back. Try Ground exercise as well.
