Six Pack Abs workout help?

I’m a girl, i’m 14 years old.
I’m 5 ft. 2 tall (around 160cm) and 99 lbs heavy (around 45kg).
I do track, i practice 3-4 times a week (can’t do it more frequently because of school)..
However i’m not fat of course but i’m not 100% skinny either.. i maybe have a little bit “wobbly” stomach but pretty flat.. It’s September, 2010 now and i would like to do my abs workout frequently to get a six pack till June,2011. That’s around 9 months. How can i get a six pack till then? How do i workout, what kind of work out should i do, how much and how frequently should i work burn little belly fat and get a six pack in 9 months?

For a start it’s hard for women to get abs, and then there’s your age. To get your abs to show would require you to drop your body fat level to a point where you are likely to stunt your growth! I would suggest you just stick to your track and field and come back to this no earlier than your late teens when all your growing is done and you can’t damage yourself trying!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
