as long as your doing different muscle groups its ok.

Yah you can but if. Were u I would move pecs tricepts and lats one say and do abs obliques and bicepts on a different day

each muscle needs to be worked once a week

i would definently want to workout my biceps and chest today
skip to it…. lift for 45-60 mins a session
