should i workout my abs everyday?

i almost have a six pack. i was wondering if i can get it by the beginning of summer. i do 150 crunches, should i do more? and should i do my abs everyday?

I would say every other day. When you workout you’re tearing tissue to make muscle, so the body needs time to repair he tissue, so working out every other day prevents injury.

No you should let your muscle rest 48-72 hours before you exercise them again. However, if you are doing those everyday and aren’t sore then you aren’t exerting yourself enough to make them grow.

Also, your body fat percentage determines how much of a six pack you have. You have to lower it through proper nutrition and maybe some cardio
