My abs feel tight after a workout?

after an ab workout, my abs feel tight, as if they were squeezing themselves from the inside, is this a good thing or a bad thing, and can someone PLEASE give a very detailed answer

it means you worked out the right way and in about a day the sourness will go away. your musicals are just not used to working out yet. so their just tired. wait until the sourness goes away to try an abb work out again. but dont hit yourself with huge workouts do 20 a day… 10 in the morning the 10 befor bed for a week. then do 30 a day, then 40 and so on. dont give up on working out. its important to stay fit.
