Lower Abs Workout in 2 Weeks??

I might be going to the beach in a couple of weeks with my boyfriend, and I really want to wear my new 2-piece bathing suit – but my lower abs aren’t toned so I have a lower belly bulge thats a bit awkward looking.

Please, does anyone know of a really good, really effective workout I can do that will at least slim down that part of my stomach within a few weeks? And maybe a super-fast working diet I can do also?

Please and Thank you so much! I want to be able to have fun without worrying about my stomach, or having to wear a one-piece!!

try the greatfruit diet i kno some people an they say it really works but u have to stick to it
