lower abs workout help?

my lower abs arent as strong as my upper abs and everytime i do leg lifts it really hurts my lower back
any other workouts for your lower abs (belly button area)
or something that helps my back when doing leg lifts

to see your lower abs you need to loose the stubburn fat on the lower area. Do some running or other cardio. Your lower back hurts becuase its weaker than your abs. Try to do supermans and stretch the lower back with toe touches and cobra stretch
