Is it safe, beneficial to exercise back and abs in the same workout routine?

It is safe. The 2 are antagonistic sets of muscles, so whenever you work one you are working the other.

your back and abs are the vital part of your body and use it with absolutely everything and anything you do, any movement you use your back and your abs.

you can workout your back and abs in the same routine, your abs can be work out everyday.

well, yeah, but im usually too tired to work anything after a good back routine. i would just do abs on a separate day. plus, the abs are worked indirectly durring most back movements anyway, especially deadlifts.
