Is it okay to workout my abs?

Yesterday I worked them out a lot and felt it right then but today I woke up and they weren’t sore. Should I still take a day off or is it okay to work them since they aren’t sore?

Well you should take it easy because sometimes we don’t feel sore until we do the workouts. I think you should just rest today or maybe run/lift.

Sometimes I am fine the next day but then I end up hurting the day after? I say NOOO, but next time you workout, do a bit more or go harder

I think your fine but as long as you stretch after and before the workout. Also you should warm up before working out. Rotate your working out days: one day yes and one day no also know your limit’s.
