is it ok to workout abs on bed?

i am going to gym everyday, but i workout at home too when i am not going. At gym i workout abs at bench but at home when it comes to workout my abs i working out on bed, is it ok to do that or is not too effective way to do them on bed, pls answer!!!

I don’t think they are too effective, why don’t you move to the floor.

it would deffinatley be more efficent not on a bed, because there isnt alot of resistence, and you tend to bounce, i usually use a yoga mat when i do my abs workouts, hope that helped!
