If my abs aren’t sore after a workout am I still doing a good enough job?

My abs used to get sore after working out, but now they don’t. Will I still get results even if they aren’t sore? I’ve read mixed things.

Definitely! Your muscles don’t have to be sore after a workout to know that you’re building them. If you aren’t all the sore that just means your body is getting stronger. If you want you can always try doing even harder ab exercises. Don’t worry just keep working!

you’re still getting a good work out, but if you want you probably could step it up a bit.
