IF i do abs workout daily. how many months will it take to see results?

For any type of results it would only take about a week or two. For extreme pack formations it would take like a month or two.

It depends, I know…not the answer you were looking for, but it’s true…

It depends firstly on how much body fat you’ve got, if you’re obese and can’t see your abs at all, then a daily ab workout will gain you no results because You wouldn’t be able to see it in the first place…

If on the other hand, you’re well proportioned but want to tone up your abs more, then a daily workout you should begin to see improvements in just 1 week. It’s really that quick. For best results, work your obliques too.
