I need some advice on a workout video or exercises for the abs on down…?

I’ve been doing the “Get Ripped” series and I’ve had great success with it, but I’m trying to find a video that doesn’t incorporate so much upper body (shoulder, biceps) workouts. I’m satisfied with that part of my body but from the abs down, I’m just not getting the results that I want. Any recommendations?

Go to youtube, and type in “8 Min Abs” that’s a good workout for yur agbs, and then you can probably fing 8 min butt, & 8 min legs. you might want to try those exercises on an exercise ball though :)

incorporate a fitness ball or medicine ball into your workouts. Try doing squats or even jump rope. good luck.
