I need help with lower abs workout!!!!?

I’m trying to work out my lower abs by laying flat and raising my legs 6 inches off the ground, but when I do it my back arches and is very painfull. Is there any other exercise I can do?

Try lying on your back and bringing your knees up to your chest. Wrap your arms around your legs and lift your head off the ground and stretch your chin towards your feet (yay for yoga hehe).
