How to get toned abs for a 15 year old adolescent boy?

Do you know a daily abs workout I can do to tone up my abs. I don’t want a ripped six pack just tones and flatter stomach. I have a small layer of fat on my stomach if you need that much detail. Any answers or ideas welcome.

ps. please dont tell me about how doing workouts or whatever is abd for you this young, its proven that its not and ive heard all that before.

I am a girl but I read alot about exerices and everything. So.. You should start running on a treadmill and push yourself for about 30 minutes 3-4 times per week. (If you can, every day is even better) It will help you lose any unnessasary weight you may have. To get toned abs, start doing 100 sit-ups per day. (If you can’t do 100, start at 25 and try to do more everyday) Do cruches everyday also, reverse crunches too. If you don’t know how to do that, look it up on youtube for different types of crunches. Basically thats it, because if you start lifting weights you will have the ripped six pack look.
