How often should I workout to maintain my figure?

Like how many time do I need to workout & how often should I need to do Cardio & Abs workout?

As long as your eating right (or at least not overdosing on junk food) half an hour each morning is more than enough.


30 MINUTES A DAY TO 1 HOUR A DAY x 5 DAYS A WEEK !!! You should do TREADMILL for 1/2 hour daily. That’s a minimum. But if you really want to maintain youth & fitness for life — add 1/2 hour of weight machines or free weights to the treadmill !!!!
