how much times can I workout my abs a week for them to get the best and fastest result I hear it is either everday or 3 times a week

Every other day. They need a break.

If you time i would do it 4 times a week and a solid 30min. of ab workout. You have to mix it up with different exercises all the muscles. I dont even bother with crunches because its so easy to do them wrong.

you shouldn’t train your abs more than twice a week as they help you in all other exercises
