How many times a day can i workout?

okay so i have started a new workout routine and this mourning i did a strenth/cardio/abs workout for 20 mins and its a pretty intense workout but id like to workout twice a day. My main goal is to lose weight. I want to lose 10lbs as quickly as possible. Pretty much if you guys have a workout routine that worked for you or one that you are using now to lose weight that would be great. anything that might help me achive my goals.

you should work out longer than 20 minutes a day, try maybe like an hour?
and you honestly can work out as many times a day as you want, but why not just do one or two times and lengthen the workout? it’ll work you out harder.
and you don’t wanna work out more than twice a day. i used to do twice a day everyday and its physically exhausting.

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly.
