How do I eat and workout in order to get tone and lose body fat in th abs?

I was wondering what i should eat as meals a day/ how many meals and how many sets and reps I should do in order to lose body fat and get toned.

Your plan should be focused in two things: diet and exrcise.

For the exercise, the best step you can take to burn stomach fat is to do cardiovascular exercises. Walk, jog or ride a bike. This should take around thirty minutes. The purpose here is to burn the stored carb in your stomach area. This is one session. Then do another 30 min session. Make it more intense. You can do this 3 to 5 times in a week.

In your diet, though the 50-20-30 % (carbohydrate-protein-fat intake) looks acceptable, you can try and follow a diet that is higher in protein and lower in carbohydrate and fat. Make it 50-20-30 % (protein-carbohydrate/fat). Eat in 5 small meals, rather than 3 big ones and do not over eat.

What you eat is the main key into losing weight… You just have to change the way you eat no bread or pasta… If you have to have stuff like this try 100% whole wheat bread or Multi-Grain pasta lol Trust me they have good stuff out there. Try to avoid sweets and caffeine. People dont know this but sugar actually makes you crave more sugar then thats when you tend to start over eating. Protein is good. Fruit (*if you eat grapes go with the green one they have less sugar than the red grapes) Veggies.A Good book out there is the Biggest Loser meal plan. It shows you what to eat how much…

Cardio is the best way to lose fat all around. Get up and dance go for a 30 min walk whatever.. just get your body moving. Seventeen Magazine has some great exercises and tips that will get you tone (go to the health section on there website) Water is also key. at least 8 cups a day….

If you want like some kinda of workout video I would recommend Barry’s Boot Camp (No Joke) Thats a hell of a work out

I hope this helps you a lil bit. Losing is really all about what you put into your mouth. you should be eating 6 times a day 3 meals 3 snacks (portions) pay attention to your calories and serving sizes. Sometimes it helps if you start to write all your food intake down… =)
