Cardio doesn’t need to be so complex lol I mean you can do this stuff to get some variation in your cardio but simply jogging for more than 20 minutes will suffice. If your goal is to burn the fat off it takes more than just cardio to speed your metabolism. Your eating patterns combined with cardio have a sort of “compounding interest” effect on it’s speed. Thats what most bodybuilders to to burn fat naturally anyway. just google “your fit assist maniac” cuz it explains some techniques they use

Why is your shirt off? Is that required? Cause I don’t think they allow that at my gym. Otherwise, what makes this different than anyother circuit training where the person training continuously moves their body in a circuit set up to work upper/lower body and abs?

Hey there, My question.. Doesn’t regular intense weight training increase your BMR more than this? If not so why? .. I mean to say, this is pushing towards cardiovascular fatigue and also gives your muscles low intensity workout. So how is this more effective than weight training?

there is like a million of these videos! lol I have yet to see anyone talking about the fat burning method that burns off fat like fat burning genocide. Its got nothing to do with exercise, what to eat, or even buying anything. It actually requires you to buy less of everything! Thats probably why its so controversial. Just google ‘your fit assist’ cuz it explains everything.

i did this – the medicine ball because i do not have one in my dad’s home gym and i did it and I’m 14 you guys are letting yourself go. itsall ball busting workout and i think i might use it because I am not suppose to do use free weights or anything because i don’t want to stunt my growth
