@TeeJ225 Planks are hard, but they get easier the more you do them. I used to have to hold for a minute with a weight on my back…. 10seconds… you can master that in no time at all!!!

For heavy folks the first two exercises is very difficult or even impossible… they will not survive the first set xD
Yeah I will give it a try when my shoulder is fully recovered. It looks kinda heavy :p
