eight minute abs workout on youtube?

Can someone tell me (and be specific) why my neck hurts every time i do 8 minute abs. Is it supposed to hurt? or am i doing it wrong. Please explain how i can fix my form if im doing it wrong

You have to imagine that you are holding an apple between your chin and chest. That is the proper way to hold your head. Also, you don’t want to pull on your neck or strain it. You should focus on making the move from your core. As your core gets stronger, then it will no longer hurt your neck. Don’t hesitiate to rest your neck and contain to do the exercises with your head on the floor. You have to modify to suit your needs. Check out this article I found for more info. LB
