Do you think that the following daily workout program is a good way to get flat abs?

-jog 1 mile
-use the ab circle pro (10 minutes)
-weight lifting (10lb weights)-30X/arm
-20 sit ups
-100 crunches

…how long will this take to work?

I would alter the crunches so you do left elbow to right knee (and vice versa) and work on the obliques as well. Diet is also a factor, but I would think about a month would start to show results
