Do you have to work out daily for abs?

I already have them somewhat toned. But it seems to me that if I skip abs workout for just a day I go back in progress.

Is it just me?
Okay, I do resistence every other day. Part of it is abs.

I do running every other day, sprints too (no jogging though).

I watch what I eat and eat often.

Yeh thats weird:S One day shouldn’t make a difference.
I only work out my abs once, maybe twice a week. And I notice a change each time I recover.
I recommend you try a different workout. Ab workouts are great, but jogging and cycling helps a whole lot! try and incorporate them in your sessions.
