Best abs workout? Help! PLZ!?

What is the best ab workout? I do a ton of crunches…still not getting the results and I’ve been doing it for months. Too cold to run outside and so I was wondering any recomendations to get ABS. I have to motivation but any advice would be helpful.

You may have the abs, but with a thin layer of fat over your stomach, you simply can’t see them.

Running, ESPECIALLY in the cold, will be EXTREMELY benificial in this case, as the additional cold will make your body burn more calories to keep your body temperature up, thus burning even more calories!

Also, make sure that you vary the exercises and that you work all the muscles in your core in order to get the abdominal muscles that you want. Muscle needs the surrounding muscles to be strong.

Do you need to lose fat?? Or are you trying to get more definition? You can do all the crunches in the world, but if there’s an extra layer of fat covering those abs, you will not be able to see any toning. Try doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 5-6 times a week to burn the fat off.. At the same time try the Star Trainers Ad DVD… It has 5, 10-minute workouts which are great and very effective.

buy a jumprope, it simulates running and its even better than running……u need to do cardio in order to lose fat and that way you will show your abs, doing crunches just gets your abs bigger but they wont show if u got a layer of fat covering them up, so burn that fat by jumping rope and then you will see ur abs more, but dont stop doing crunches
