A Fast(ish) Workout For Abs That Comes With Great Results?

By fast(ish), i mean maybe good abs in like ‘months’ time span (ex: 2 to 3) :) ..anybody gots a good workout fer me?

Bender ball works great! A friend of mine lost a belt size in just about a week. and then after that she lost several more. Its kind of fun to do, affordable, and easy.

Without proper eating no workout will show any results.
