8 minute abs and 8 minute core workout videos and walking enough?

If I perform the workout videos 8 minute abs and 8 minute core workouts (legs, buns, arms and thighs) every day and walk/jog 5-7 days a week along with eating under a 1800 calorie diet should this be enough exercise to see a difference? I am 5′7 and 168lbs.
