Weeks 3 & 4 – Home Abs Workout (8 weeks)

To get Six Pack Abs you need to work all your body parts in a very intensive manner. This workout looks at working your abs using 5 different abs exercises. It should be performed 3 times a week after a weight training session if possible. Perform this giant set as many times as possible at home with no weigths to achieve maximum abs burn. Detailed Work out: Abs Exercise 1: Twisted Crunches Abs Exercise 2: Leg Raises Abs Exercise 3: Lace Ups Abs Exercise 4: Leg Raises Abs Exercise 5: ‘V’ Ups Do each of the above exercises for 15 repetitions in a giant set fashion (doing the exercises one after the other without resting between each). Take a few seconds break then start another giant set. Do this for 15 Minutes in week 3 and 20 minutes in week 4. Good Luck!

wow..this ab workout is pretty intense…and tough…but i will do it…
